Seeking help identifying dog owner who fled after her dog bit me at 3rd & Pine

Hi all — I’m hoping social media can help me track down a dog owner who fled the scene after her dog bit me this evening (June 26).

Time: Around 5:50 PM Location: In front of International Cigar & Tobacco at 3rd Ave & Pine St, downtown Seattle

The dog was a large black dog, likely 80–90 lbs. The woman walking the dog immediately left the scene without checking on me or providing any contact information. I had to go to the ER to get the bite treated.

If anyone witnessed the incident or recognizes the dog or its owner, please reach out. Even small details—like what the woman looked like, any security footage, or anything else—would be incredibly helpful. Thank you for your help.
