I got a notice from Cornell & Associates that they’re increasing my rent by $100/month starting April 1st. BRUH… They already jacked up my utility bills when they took away my flat rate and put my building on RUBS. This mean by winter 2026, I can expect to be paying $300 more than I was paying in 2024. I live in an old apartment that is 450 sq ft that barely has outlets like??? Let’s not.
