I don’t know the general rules for making these kinds of threads. Situation has calmed down now that police have arrived. I saw two victims being carried away by police. Just posting this here to gather information. I only heard the shots then stayed away from windows at first. Then looked out my window maybe 20 seconds after shots fired.
