Short Term Lease Summer

I’m looking for a short-term stay in Bellevue or the Eastside area from June 1 to September 1 (move in/out date is very flexible)

I am looking for a one-bedroom apartment, and can be a takeover/sublet or recommendations on apartments that offer short-term leases. Month-to-month lease, Un/Furnished flexible, Budget: around 2.5k

If anyone is subletting, breaking a lease, or knows buildings that allow short-term leases, I’d really appreciate it!
