I had the misfortune of landing at SeaTac this afternoon, and with the police activity in Othello I’m on the bus bridge. I just wanted to shout out all the staff at sound Transit for being helpful and nice when faced with this unplanned disturbance. Every person I encountered was clearly providing directions to large groups while also answering questions from individuals (usually with the same information they had just announced). I’m not in a rush so I waited for a second bus at Rainer Beach and the staff there was chatting with those of us who made that choice and checking in on everyone to make sure they knew where they were going and keeping miss moods light.
I’m sure they’ve delt with people all day who are expressing their anger at them but they are maintaining their positive attitude.
