Today around 4pm in downtown Bellevue, a black Chevrolet truck with a straight pipe intentionally sped up and made extremely loud noise as it passed pedestrians. The driver clearly did it on purpose, there were older folks, kids, and dogs nearby, and he thought it was funny to floor it to about 40 mph in a 30 mph zone just to scare people.
Buuuuut in the end, karma always catches up, a police car was nearby and BPD went after the truck right away.
Great experience.
