Sidewalk spraying and police presence begins on 12th and Jackson

Was just here. Cop politely informed the crowd at 12&J they would start spraying, so crowd moved east.

Assume it is related to this – was not expecting it to start on the same day! Kudos to mayor Wilson for immediate action, let’s hope it sticks
