Six new speed cameras in Bellevue

Here is the map of the six new speed cameras being installed in Bellevue, in 2026:

I wonder what’s the logic behind these locations. I feel like a lot of speeding occurs on roads which have low speed limits and long stretches without traffic lights. For example, 140th thru Bridle Trails, NE 8th St (due to hills), Lake Hills Connector, Richards Rd (#1 street-racing road in Bellevue), Lakemont Blvd.
