My car was parked at a religious organization in Bothell and a good samaritan wrote the car # and I found the VIN online. Is there a good way to track the owners?
It’s a 2023 Tesla that hit me.
Should I report this? It was a small dent and I wouldn’t have claimed normally, but I’m wondering if the fact that they damaged the car and then ran off, I’m not sure how best to protect myself
