Someone driving NB I-5 with literal mirrors on their car

Who the hell is this person? I didn’t catch their plates bc I was being actually blinded driving behind them. They also had smaller mirror panels attached to their rear, and the rear windshield had a large reflective rectangle (taped?) on it. Super dangerous especially with the direct sun. Couldn’t see shit when they were in front and it took a solid couple of minutes for my eyes to readjust after they drove off.

Drove up the 525 past the Safeway and Chevron.
