Someone painted over the great graffiti on Marginall Way/S Lucille Street

First pics are what it currently looks like, last pic is what was there. I LOVED the warriors piece and I’m so sad it’s gone, it was the highlight of my day driving back from Seattle to White center. Anyone know what happened? Was it the city or who??

EDIT: I’ve seen a couple of people claim that the building’s owners panted over the graffiti when it changed ownership. Anyone have any proof or evidence of that??
