Hi Seattle,
Many of you have probably been to the Labcorp at Northgate which is currently staffed with 1 person who is responsible for: – front desk / insurance admin – blood and sample draws – processing all tests in house
They see over 100 patients a day and are responsible for teaching new phlebotomists. They also demand this person keeps wait times under 5 minutes which is impossible.
Every time I’ve been here, they are absolutely swamped. It is just WAY too much work for one person.
I’ve offered them a compliment each time and it brought them to tears.
I’m asking yall for help, if you’ve been to this Labcorp please take a few moments to call this person’s boss to get them some support.
Their boss is named Karolyn and her number is 206-459-2684.
I understand I will likely get some heat for posting this name and number but it’s a situation that needs serious attention and I haven’t been able to get anyone from corp on the phone.
