SPD Survey is a joke

Don’t even know why I bother. A tech heavy city like Seattle can’t even bother to have their PD operate a ‘mobile friendly’ survey that submits successfully, missing links or information to try to resolve the issue. Not to mention the questions asked are not conducive to soliciting constructive outcomes. PD is pretty much useless when it comes to calls about homeless people harassment. Might as well just talk into a paper cup with string tied to it to get the same results.
