Hi all, I moved here a few months back. Last night I called in a wellness check for my neighbor. Dispatcher picked up and I explained what was going on. SPD did not get back to me for over 7 hours.
Obviously I went and checked on my neighbor well before they arrived, but wtf gives? I moved here from Chicago. Wellness checks there were executed in like 15 minutes, even low stakes ones. I understand there’s likely an explanation for this, but I’d like to know wtf that explanation is. Low funding?
