Spotted on I-90E just after Bellevue Way exit

(I knew this was up ahead so while the car was stopped, I duct taped the phone to the dashboard and the windshield and pressed record, then drove the car without ever touching the phone. That’s why you can see the windshield wiper at the bottom.)
