Stopped at a red light, turning onto Bellevue way. Motorcycle cop pulls up, lights on, stops me while a private bus plows through a red light with cops ahead and behind it?

I wasn’t sure what to make of this. I was turning onto Bellevue way on Thursday. I just got to the stoplight which was red. A motorcycle cop drove up to my car from Bellevue Way, parked perpendicularly in front of my car, and gave me the “stop” hand. The light turned green, he gave me the “1 moment” finger, still blocking my car.

Multiple cops sped down Bellevue way. Then, a large bus. Not a metro bus, but a private one. More motorcycle cops trailed behind. Then, the cop blocking my vehicle took off.

What was on that bus?
