If you were woken up last night in Belltown/LQA, a bunch of teenagers shut down one of the busiest intersections in the city overnight doing donuts and drag racing the wrong way down broad st for nearly an hour. This is at Broad St and Denny Way, right by the 76 gas station. Yes, the same one where we can somehow magically staff dozens of officers to direct traffic after Kraken games.
