Suspicious Person Central Cap Hill

Around 6:00 PM tonight a man began knocking on my bathroom window and back door and announced he was looking for my unit number. I am on an upper floor and he would have had to go around my building and up several flights of the back stairs. He knocked on my neighbor’s window as well before going to the front of the building and knocking insistently. I have never had anybody come asking for my unit directly, nor have I ever had anybody come up the back stairs. My neighbors and I hardly use them.

I have no idea who this person was. Please be aware, especially if you are a woman in Cap Hill.
