Has anyone received a refund yet for the shows they cancelled in Seattle? I talked to them a few times after they sent out the announcement, and they said refunds would be issued in February. I just emailed them for a status update and got a bounce back that the email no longer works. I tried calling their phone number and their mailbox is full.
I understand they also haven’t paid their workers their final paychecks based on some past posts, which is also awful. The workers are also due their pay!
I suppose I should be patient and wait until the very end of the month to give them time, but at this point I’m wondering if I should just issue a charge back on my credit card.
Edit: I submitted a charge back! I guess I was just too naive lol. Lesson learned.
