Walking down Bellevue Way just past 2nd towards the mall and a dark blue/gray Ram 1500 swerved onto the sidewalk in a big donut, hopped the median, and onto the far sidewalk. All windows were down. 3 teenagers, 1 male, 2 females. Male driving. License plate Xrmm82 – new jersey.
Parents, if these are your kids, they came within 5 feet of hitting me and a foot from my dog. I have no idea it it was intentional because it’s dark, we were in shadow but seriously this was startling and not ok.
