I probably should have known better than to try the Seattle dog stand catering to tourists in the Seattle Center, but I was hungry and passing through. Why was there cabbage in addition to onions? Why was there just the gentlest hint of cream cheese? If I hadn’t already been walking away when I took my first bite I would have turned around and gave them a dirty look for this bastardization of a classic. Where’s your favorite Seattle dog stand?
