There’s a Mexican Frigate called the Benito Juarez docked at Pier 90 where there are usually cruise ships docked

I passed by on my bike commute and was surprised to see a naval Frigate with giant guns on the deck docked where there are usually cruise ships. Even more surprising where the Mexican flags flying since I wouldn’t expect the Mexican navy to come up here.
