This trail of clouds in the sky isn’t clouds… it’s smoke

Photo from Federal Way looking north toward Burien/White Center. Smoke is, unfortunately, coming from the Bear Gulch Fire to the west in the Olympic Mtns.

If you haven’t seen this particular satellite loop, the cold front that came in this morning stirred things up so thankfully this isn’t coming down to the ground and we have clean, fresh air from the Pacific Ocean… for now.

Eastern Washington does have to deal with this at the ground though.
