Those who moved here from California: what do you wish you have known before moving?

I’m originally from the Bay Area and I recently had a chance to work in Seattle which I took immediately. I work hybrid, so I’m thinking of getting an apartment in Bellevue and commuting just a few days a week by bus.

Aside from the weather, are there anything I should be prepared for that might not be too obvious?
