Tired of these teenage idiots in cars in Bellevue downtown revving their cars

Bellevue downtown just keeps getting worse with these spoiled teenagers blasting their engines like it’s impressive. Newsflash: it’s not. You look exactly like what you are – a dumb insecure clown with a stunted prefrontal cortex who thinks flooring it in a crowded downtown is some kind of flex. It screams desperation, not cool. Everyone can see through you – pathetic rich kid in your black Audi racing in the street because Daddy’s money got you a toy which you don’t know how to handle.

Any ideas from the community on how can we report and get something actually done about this problem?
