I have been using Michael’s Toyota of Bellevue for service for quite some time. The service itself has been good and they have a decent waiting setup with WiFi. But I am noticing that the time for service has been increasing. A basic oil change is now 2+ hours even with an appointment. If the vehicle needs additional work, the estimates are also way off (like estimate 1 to 2 hours, but takes 3+ hours).
Is this typical of wait times at Toyota dealerships here? Are there any recommendations for other Toyota dealerships with respect to wait time? At 5+ hours, I would be ok, even driving to Seattle and back.
