Trapped in my apartment by an intruder all day (Pioneer Square)

My neighbors and I are being blocked from a trespasser from exiting our apartments. Unsure if he has a weapon. He keeps trying to open people’s doors. And sitting directly outside people’s doors in a wheel chair. And blocking people’s paths to the elevator.

From a distance I spoke with him 90% sure he’s unarmed. But would be hard to tell the danger level.

Services seem uninterested in responding. SPD is doing traffic stops and parade management directly outside the building and refusing to help deal with the tresspasser. I asked an officer at street level (by yelling out of my window) to help she said “I’m not here for that. You have to wait.” – it’s been 7+ hours.

Unsure what to do. I can’t leave my front door.
