The first time I went, I was pretty excited to try it for my first time. The bread was great as I had expected from reviews elsewhere and their sauce was amazing too but I realized the chicken was completely unseasoned and wasn’t even salted. I figured maybe they forgot to season it on that batch so I gave it another try today and it was the exact same thing. For the people who seem to live and die by this chain, what’s keeps you coming back to it?
