UPDATE: Saw my stolen van being driven away from Ballard Locks!

Saw the van leaving the locks by Edgeworks Climbing w my friend just now. Got a couple pictures of the updated plate. They spray painted over the back half and removed the top bars. Front drivers side still blue. Passenger side red. Pursued until they stopped and 40-something methhead dressed in black jumped out and started coming toward us. Cops won’t do anything.
