USPS Express mail overnight will be taking 2 days for the forseable future.

I just got off the phone with the Bellevue Carrier Annex and they say that express mail will be taking an extra day because it arrives from the Seattle (Federal Way) DC after carriers have left for their routes and they don’t have the extra people to deliver it.
