Veggie Grill is now charging a 5% “Seattle Operating Fee”

I asked the manager at University Village to explain what it was, and he said it was a corporate decision affecting the Seattle locations. I hate that so many restaurants are choosing to use these cryptic fees instead of simply raising the prices on the menu. They could at least be up-front about it.
