On Friday while parked outside Donburi station between 6-7pm, I suspect someone damaged my car (white Tesla). It looks like someone pulled into the space next to me and damaged my bumper. Does anyone potentially have any video footage or was in the vicinity? Looking for a good samaritan with anything that would help for insurance purposes. Thanks!
