After a very successful House Housing Committee hearing last week, the Senate’s version of the Rent Stabilization bill is now being heard by the Senate Housing Committee on Wednesday, Jan 22 at 1:30pm. And because of such a successful hearing last week, the senate bill SB 5222 is now being targeted by businessman, Tim Eyman. He is using his contacts to drive votes against this bill and unless people speak up and vote “PRO”, the bill may be in trouble.
