Want cheap(er) electricity? Add more batteries at smart places

Spark Fund is showing how to do this right in Minnesota.

Put smallish grid batteries at the larger users and then you can add more usage without charging rate payers for more wires.

I just wish someone would be willing to do this for houses too.
