Washington Apple Health Plan Selection is not available at this time

I have no income at the moment and I was approved for Washington Apple Health for Adults. However, when I try to select a care plan, it says “Washington Apple Health Plan Selection is not available at this time.” Tried googling and couldn’t find anything.

Does anyone know why this may be happening?
