Weekday Evening Date Ideas

Any suggestions for fun date ideas in early August? We are a mid-50s couple traveling for work and celebrating a birthday. We haven’t had evenings free in awhile. Looking for music, dancing, happy hours, good food, and activities. Thanks in advance.
