What are Seattle’s best designed interiors? (Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops)

Yesterday I ended up grabbing a coffee at Olympia Coffee Roasters on 5th and was really impressed with the space. The tile, the furniture, the wood, the lighting fixtures, it all looked great to me. I’m newer to Seattle so It got me wondering what other spaces in Seattle were thoughtfully designed like that. Would love to hear about people’s favorite interior spaces. Cozy, trendy, unique, whatever… lets hear it
