So I am looking at getting back into my old love of running an establishment and I wasn’t to start as simple as possible and grow organically (this is what I have done in the past). Literally have around 9-10 good/great ideas, but I would love to get some consensus from all of you about what you would love to see both before and after stumbling around early to late evening/early morning in the areas that promote night life in this interesting city of ours. I’m good with any and all locations, but Cap Hill and Belltown both seem the most consistent for late night debauchery. Also, there really isn’t a cuisine type that’s off the table in regards to my ability so feel free to dream away!
