What is going on in Northgate right now?

There are multiple cop cars in the distance and one right on my block in the Pinehurst/Victory Heights area flipping their siren on for 3-5 seconds every minute or two. Woke me up a half hour ago and they’ve been doing it ever since. It sounds like they’re doing it around the same time as each other or right after one another. It’s getting both annoying and a little creepy.

Is there something going on? Someone on the loose? What other reason could this be for?
