A home nearby was in the market a several months back and sold quickly, the price listed i thought was overpriced. It was a flip. Though months later and no one has moved in. The grass is overgrown and no one visits that I can tell. Who buys a home and let’s it sit there? Doesn’t look like it’s up for rent either.
