What is this?

There is a statue of a stump with “toast” engraved into it at the corner of bell and 1st in belltown. There is no sign or placard, no other stumps, and no explanation. I looked all around the intersection thinking there might be a bacon stump, or an egg stump, but no. Google doesn’t know about it and AI straight up says it doesn’t exist. But I have this photo.
