What is your go-to for “heaviest” meal?

In honor of Dimension 20’s visit and Brennan Lee Mulligan’s exit from Dropout, what comes to mind when you think of “heaviest” meal? Feel free to interpret how you like, but in the words of the man himself, “If that meal could be placed in a paper bag, if that paper bag were then dropped from a height of, let’s say five feet above my head, onto my head, if I were completely ok, then that meal is disappointing.”
