What’s a good weak coffee in the Seattle area?

I know this is a big time coffee area but a lot these places the drip is too strong for me. Instant headache. Starbucks to me is way too much. I was looking for like Dunkin level weak. Any recs?

Edit: Yes I mean the “hit” not the taste per se. A lot of those coffees taste good I just can’t handle the after effects. Thank you for the advice.
