What’s going on in Tukwila with the police helicopter and swat team?

I’m across the freeway from where I saw swat team repelling out of a helicopter and heard what sounded like a single gunshot. Helicopter’s circling now and I saw people on the ground with what looked like rifles raised.

Looks like they’re at the Seattle Metro South Base – Facility Maintenance Building.
