What’s the best tofu teriyaki in town?

I no longer eat meat and used to love the classic Seattle chicken teriyaki with salad dressed in that mayo based dressing. Does anyone know of a restaurant that makes a good vegan version with tofu or meat substitutes? There probably isn’t a vegan version of that salad out there but that’s okay. I especially miss the really chewy crispy bits of chicken. I don’t want just tofu tossed in sauce, I want it charred. Seattle vegans/vegetarians help a girl out 🙏
