Where did the food tent / Al Pastor on the top of Beacon Hill go?

I love grabbing the street tacos up on beacon hill in the evenings from the Al pastor tent, but sadly, it seems the food stand is no longer being set up. Does anyone know what happened? Are they shutting down their operations for the winter – or have they stopped slinging tacos completely? It is genuinely the best tacos is Seattle so I’m sad they’ve disappeared.
