Where do folks in/near downtown Seattle buy basic things like flip-flops without a car?

I moved to Seattle recently (living in or near downtown) and I’m trying to figure out where people without a car buy basic everyday items like flip-flops or small household stuff.

I’ve checked Target nearby—no stock. Walmart is too far to walk or bus easily. I found some on Amazon, but without Prime, it’s a 5–7 day wait and I don’t want to sign up just for this.

Any local stores or go-to spots people in Seattle use for small, quick purchases when they don’t drive?
