Where is Sara Nelson?

Has anyone ever received an email response or managed to get a meeting with Councilmember Nelson? She is supposed to be a city wide position but she has never once replied to emails from me or my neighbors. Does anyone know if she does office hours? I live on the Southend. Has anyone ever seen her at any events down here?
