Where to bulk buy native plants for cheap?

I just cleared out a large amount of ivy in my forested back yard. I’d like to get bulk western sword fern to repopulate the area but the price for small/modest sized plants is around 10 bucks per. Is there a way to get bulk plants at a discount? Seems crazy to pay that much for something that naturally grows here.
