Where’s the (crispy) beef?

Golden Chopsticks in Redmond used to make a killer Chinese crispy beef, but alas they are gone.

It goes by many names, like crispy chili beef, but it’s basically deep fried beef in a brown spicy sauce, often with some sesame seeds and some chilis.

I can’t find something like it anywhere. Who’s got the hookup?
